The inaugural Asian Paints Experience Centre in Delhi marked a groundbreaking shift in the paint-buying journey. RFID-enabled cards let users save, recall, and track color selections across zones. 2D and 3D visualizers enabled previews in realistic room settings; tactile engagement paired physical swatchbooks with digital tools. The journey culminated in a personalized printed portfolio with the user’s photo on the cover. These experiences have evolved into modular activations now installed in 2,500+ stores across India.
